Taking Charge of Your Fertility focuses on educating women about the physical indicators of fertility and ovulation. Many women (especially the unexplained infertility) have indicators of poor or miss timed hormonal ques. Toni’s book is a wealth of knowledge and should be the first stop for any women trying to conceive naturally.
Conquering Infertility by Alice Domar
Conquering Infertility has a ton of wisdom between the book covers to help de-stress from infertility. There are many easy to adapted steps for breathing and refocusing the mind. Alice provides more than one technique, so you should be able to find one which will assist you in relaxing.
Inconceivable: A Woman’s Triumph Over Despair and Statistics by Julia Indichova
Inconceivable is Julia’s journey to conceive a baby with high FSH. She bestow much humor and tenderness in her book. I especially love her description of the Chinese herbs she takes and the instructions to jump up and down. Good for smiles when all the other books on the market are serious and intense content.
Restoring Fertility (DVD) By Brandon Horn and Wendy Yu
Brandon and Wendy developed a DVD set to balance hormones in each phase of the cycle. Clients experience a calming effect and their menstrual cycles become regular. It is the BEST fertility DVD on the market.
Making Babies by Jill Blakeway
Jill Blakeway is an amazing practitioner and I was lucky to have her teach me through school followed by mentorship in her practice. Her knowledge is all-encompassing and her book is an extension of her expertise.
Women Who Think Too Much by Susan Nolen-Hoeksema
This wonderful book guides you through the process of understanding and changing thought patterns. If you worry or over think everything, this book is for you. Simple steps offer powerful changes, such as only allowing over thinking for a short period of time each day, the rest of the day cannot be utilized for unproductive thought.
